At the heart of the build is Ford’s modern performance icon—the Generation 2 5.0-liter Coyote V8. Known for its high-revving character and impressive reliability, the engine delivers modern muscle in a classic platform.

The powerplant is paired with a 6R80 automatic transmission, offering smooth shifting and modern drivability, while a Ford 9-inch rear differential handles power delivery with proven durability.

The engine bay reflects the same attention to detail found throughout the build. The entire powertrain was painted before final installation, creating a cohesive and show-ready presentation. Performance and visual impact are further enhanced with PBH Performance’s Naturally Aspirated Speed Drive and Speed Series pulleys, along with custom 6R80 transmission cooler fittings—components that combine functional performance upgrades with striking visual refinement.

Chassis & Suspension

To ensure the truck performs as impressively as it looks, MB Hot Rods selected a Roadster Shop chassis, widely respected in the pro-touring world for its strength, geometry, and modern handling capability.

This advanced foundation provides contemporary ride quality, improved rigidity, and confident cornering characteristics. Complementing the chassis is a Wilwood braking system, delivering the stopping power necessary for a modern high-performance build.

The result is a classic truck that drives with the responsiveness, control, and braking confidence expected from a modern performance vehicle.

Wheels & Stance

A proper stance is essential for any high-end custom truck, and this F-100 delivers with authority. The body modifications—including widened rear fenders—allow for a more aggressive wheel and tire package, giving the truck a planted, muscular appearance while maintaining balanced proportions.

The widened fenders measure approximately 2.5 inches in the front and 3.5 inches in the rear, subtly reshaping the truck’s profile and enhancing its road presence without disrupting the classic F-Series design.

Body & Fabrication

The bodywork on this F-100 reflects countless hours of careful metal finishing and refinement. The MB Hot Rods team invested extensive time ensuring every surface was perfectly prepared, resulting in a laser-straight body that highlights the truck’s iconic lines.

Custom touches are integrated throughout the build, including widened rear fenders and numerous CNC-machined components, all executed with precision to elevate both aesthetics and functionality. The final result is a truck where craftsmanship and detail are evident from every angle.

Paint & Exterior Finish

The truck’s finish is both elegant and distinctive. A deep dark green paint forms the primary color, while lighter green accents and trim add visual depth and highlight the truck’s sculpted body lines.

Under show lighting, the color combination gives the truck a rich, dimensional appearance that complements its classic design while reinforcing its high-end custom status.

Interior & Driver Environment

Inside, the truck features a fully custom interior trimmed in medium brown, creating a warm and refined contrast to the exterior color scheme. The craftsmanship throughout the cabin reflects the same attention to detail seen in the exterior and engine bay.

The interior blends classic truck character with modern comfort, providing a driver-focused environment that complements the truck’s performance capabilities while maintaining the elegance expected from a top-tier custom build.
